CES 2027 Hospitality Suites and Offsite Venues in Las Vegas
Client Dinners, Receptions and Suites Near the Convention Center, Venetian Expo and ARIA
CES 2027 runs January 6–9, 2027. More than 100,000 people come to Las Vegas for the show, and almost all of them want a private room, a dinner table or a reception space on the same few nights. We source and manage hospitality suites, client dinners and private receptions for CES exhibitors, sponsors and attendees, and our venue relationships often get clients dates and rates that are not offered to the public.
This page covers what is different about planning a client event during CES: where the show happens, how official hospitality suites work, which nights fill first and what to book for each goal.

Where CES Happens, and Why It Decides Your Venue
CES is spread across three main areas of the city. Your guests will spend their day in one of them, and the best evening venue is usually close to it. During CES, crossing the Strip at 6 p.m. can take far longer than the map suggests.
Las Vegas Convention Center
The North, Central, West and South Halls hold most of the large exhibitor booths. The closest hotels and venues are on the north end of the Strip, including Resorts World, Wynn and Encore, and Fontainebleau. The Vegas Loop connects the convention center halls with some nearby resorts.
Venetian Expo
In recent years it has hosted Eureka Park and many startup and international exhibitors. Venues at The Venetian, The Palazzo and Wynn are a short walk away.
ARIA Campus
In recent years it has hosted C Space, where marketing, advertising and media companies meet. ARIA, Vdara, The Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and Park MGM are close by, which makes the center Strip the natural choice for marketing-focused events.

Official CES Hospitality Suites vs. Independent Suites
CES sells official hospitality suites at partner hotels through CES Sales. Recent CES exhibitor guides list suites at hotels including ARIA, Vdara, Bellagio, Wynn and Encore, and Fontainebleau. Each hotel publishes its own rules, but they usually include:
- Suites are for meetings and hospitality. Exhibit builds are limited and need approval.
- Staff working in the suite must be registered as exhibitor personnel.
- The exact suite may not be assigned until check-in, so floor and layout requests are not guaranteed.
- Suites come as a fixed block of nights. Extra nights go through CES Sales, not the hotel.
- Food, beverage, AV and service charges are billed separately and often must use the hotel’s own vendors.
- Check-out times are strict.
Official suites are convenient, but they sell out and are not always the right size, location or price. Independent hotel suites, penthouses, private dining rooms booked for daytime meetings and private villas can all work as a CES base, with more control over catering, vendors, branding and hours. The CES Week Calendar
- Media days (usually the two days before opening): press events and product unveilings. Good for launch events aimed at media.
- The night before opening and the first two show nights: the highest demand of the week. Minimums are at their peak, and the best venues commit early.
- The final night: many attendees fly home and demand drops. It can be a good-value night for team celebrations, though less so for client events.
- Timing: start evening events after the show floor closes, give guests time to get back to their hotel first, and avoid clashing with the keynotes your guests will attend.

Which CES Event Fits Your Goal
- Key-account dinner (8 to 40 guests): a private dining room or small restaurant buyout near your guests’ hall.
- Customer reception (75 to 400 guests): a lounge buyout or convention reception venue.
- Brand party (300 guests and up): a nightclub buyout, often booked before the club opens to the public.
- All-day client meetings: a hospitality suite or a private room close to your booth.
- Media or analyst briefing: a quiet private room with AV, close to the show.

CES Questions Planners Ask Us
Our booth staff needs a place to meet clients near the convention center. What is realistic?
Suites and private rooms at north Strip resorts, such as Resorts World, Wynn and Encore, and Fontainebleau, keep meetings within a short ride of the halls. They book early, so start as soon as your CES dates are confirmed.
The official CES suites are sold out. What are our options?
Independent suites, penthouses and private dining rooms booked for daytime use. Many of them never appear on public booking sites.
How much does a CES reception cost?
Most venues price a CES event as a food and beverage minimum, plus service charge and tax. During CES, minimums are higher and terms are less flexible than in a normal week. We negotiate the minimum and terms for you and give you an all-in number before you sign.
When should we book?
Most corporate groups book 6 to 9 months ahead. The most popular venues for the first two show nights are often committed by fall.
Can you still help if CES is only a few weeks away?
Yes. Holds are released and cancellations happen close to the show. Our venue relationships put our clients first in line when they do.
Do you plan events for other Las Vegas conventions?
Yes, including AWS re:Invent, SEMA, Black Hat and many more, for groups from 15 to 5,000+ guests.
Where should we stay for CES 2027?
Stay close to your booth. For the Las Vegas Convention Center, Wynn and Encore, Resorts World and Fontainebleau are the closest. For the Venetian Expo, The Venetian and Palazzo. For the ARIA area, ARIA, Vdara and The Cosmopolitan. Rooms go early, and we can coordinate a room block for your group.
