Las Vegas Destination Management Company

Las Vegas DMC Support for Corporate Meetings, Venues, Receptions, and On-Site Logistics

Corporate Events Las Vegas is a Las Vegas destination management company for corporate groups, built around the parts of a trip that matter most: meetings, receptions, client dinners and venue buyouts. We add tours and activities when they are part of a larger program.

Our venue and vendor relationships get clients dates and rates that are not offered to the public. One point of contact coordinates transportation, venues, dining and on-site logistics, so your group arrives to a program that is already handled.

What Las Vegas DMC Support Can Include

For corporate groups, DMC support often includes venue sourcing, hotel coordination, transportation planning, group dining, private receptions, entertainment and vendor coordination under one team.

The hard part is fit. A hotel too far from the venue can make transportation harder than expected. A venue that is too small leaves guests crowded. A venue that is too large makes the event feel empty. A program that is over budget becomes hard to defend afterward.

We plan around your group size, schedule and budget, then build in restaurant buyouts, nightclub buyouts and offsite events where they fit.

Las Vegas DMC Services for Corporate Groups

Hotel and Room Block Coordination

We help you choose host hotels based on where your meetings and events take place, then coordinate room blocks, attrition terms and VIP arrangements with the hotel teams.

Group Transportation

Airport arrivals, shuttles between hotels and venues, and executive cars. Traffic on and around the Strip can be slow during major conventions, so we plan routes and timing around your schedule.

Venues, Receptions and Dinners

Restaurant, lounge and nightclub buyouts, rooftop receptions and private dining for groups of every size. See our Las Vegas event venues.

Group Dining and Dine-Arounds

When a group is too large for one restaurant, we split it across several nearby venues and coordinate menus, timing and transportation.

Entertainment and Activities

Live entertainment, DJs, team activities and offsite experiences such as Red Rock Canyon, matched to the group and the purpose of the program.

Vendor Management and On-Site Staffing

AV, décor, photography, security and event staff, coordinated through one team. We stay on site to manage vendors and solve problems in real time.

DMC or Corporate Event Planner: Which Do You Need?

A traditional DMC manages a group’s entire ground program in the destination: arrivals, transportation, tours, activities and events. A corporate event planner focuses on the events themselves: venues, contracts, vendors and on-site management.

Most corporate groups coming to Las Vegas need some of both. We cover the parts that matter most for corporate programs: hotels, transportation, venues, receptions and on-site logistics. When tours or leisure activities are part of a larger program you plan with us, we handle those as well.

Independent Venue Sourcing and Stronger Negotiations

The venue sets the tone, but the contract defines the outcome. We are independent of any single hotel, venue, casino or nightlife group, so our recommendations are based on what fits your program.

We compare options, negotiate food and beverage minimums, venue fees, event time and contract terms, and flag cost or operational issues before you sign.

Case Study: 200-Guest Welcome Reception at The Cosmopolitan

A corporate client needed a two-hour welcome reception for 200 guests at the start of their Las Vegas program. We sourced The Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan and negotiated the food and beverage minimum from $40,000 down to $30,000. The client saved about $13,200 on the final bill, and we managed the event on site from setup through the last guest.

A Local Team That Stays With the Program

Hotels, transportation, venues and vendors stay aligned under one point of contact. We oversee vendor performance, manage logistics and solve problems in real time, so the program runs the way it was planned.

Destination Management Questions in Las Vegas

What Las Vegas logistics can you coordinate?

Venues, hotels, transportation planning, group dining, receptions, entertainment, vendors and on-site event logistics for corporate groups.

Are you a traditional DMC?

Yes, with a corporate focus. We handle transportation, venues, dining, activities and on-site management for corporate groups, from a single reception to a multi-day program.

Can you support a planning team outside Las Vegas?

Yes. We give out-of-town teams one local contact for venue research, vendor coordination, transportation planning, site checks and on-site logistics.

Do you plan tours or leisure itineraries?

Our focus is corporate meetings, receptions, offsite events, venue-based programs and hosted client experiences. When tours or leisure activities are part of a larger program you plan with us, we can take care of those too.

How far in advance should we contact a Las Vegas DMC?

Most corporate groups book 6 to 9 months ahead, especially for major conventions and January and February programs, when the best venues and room blocks go first. If your event is sooner, our venue relationships open dates that are not offered to the public.

Do you work with groups of all sizes?

Yes. We plan for everything from executive groups of 15 to 20 people to programs with 5,000+ attendees.

Are you tied to a specific hotel or casino?

No. We are independent of any single hotel, venue, casino or nightlife group, so we recommend options based on what fits your program.

How much does a Las Vegas DMC cost?

Some Las Vegas DMCs mark up each part of the program, which makes the true cost hard to see. We charge a management fee of 15 to 20 percent on the program, including transportation, venues, food and beverage, activities and any other services we arrange, depending on group size and scope. You get an all-in number before you sign.
