Corporate Events Las Vegas is an independent corporate event planning firm based in Las Vegas. Since 2003, we have planned corporate meetings, multi-day summits, sales kickoffs, convention receptions, product launches and private venue buyouts for companies like Toast, CVS Health and Forbes, from executive dinners to groups of 5,000+.

Meet Daniel Herschman, Founder
Daniel Herschman founded Corporate Events Las Vegas and has spent more than 20 years in Las Vegas hospitality. He earned his marketing and business degree at UNLV, where he also studied nightclub management and started building venue relationships before he graduated. He went on to found 702 VIP, a concierge company that booked private events and experiences across every major Las Vegas nightlife property, and spent four years in customer development at OMNIA Nightclub for Hakkasan Group, running Fortune 500 accounts, private buyouts and brand activations during CES and ICSC.
Those relationships are the reason clients come back. Daniel has produced six- and seven-figure programs for clients including Toast, CVS Health and Forbes, and negotiates directly with venues, liquor brands and production partners. He knows which venues can move on minimums, which teams deliver on event night and how to get a group into a room that looks sold out online. One client, Velocitor Solutions, has done more than 30 events with Daniel and his team over 20 years.
Daniel still leads every program personally, so you work with the person who negotiates your contract and the person who is on site on event night.
Independent, and on Your Side
A venue’s first proposal is built for the venue. We are paid to represent you, so we compare options across Las Vegas, negotiate food and beverage minimums, venue fees, event hours, hotel blocks and AV, and tell you plainly when a popular option is the wrong call.
Recent results include a 500-person company summit at Wynn where the venue and contract terms we negotiated saved the client well over $100,000, and a 200-guest welcome reception at The Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan where we brought the minimum down from $40,000 to $30,000. We also ran a two-day summit for 250+ guests at Chelsea Theater at The Cosmopolitan, with one point of contact across the welcome event, venue, hotel, food and beverage and AV.

Who is Daniel Herschman?
Daniel Herschman is the founder of Corporate Events Las Vegas. He has more than 20 years of experience in Las Vegas hospitality, including founding the concierge company 702 VIP and four years in customer development at OMNIA Nightclub for Hakkasan Group, and has planned corporate events in Las Vegas since 2003.
Is Corporate Events Las Vegas a DMC?
We are an independent corporate event planning firm. We handle the logistics a DMC would, such as hotels, transportation and venues, as part of the corporate programs we plan.
What size groups do you work with?
From 15 guests for an executive dinner to 5,000+ for a multi-day program. Most of our programs start around $10,000.
Are you tied to any hotel or venue?
No. We are independent, so we compare venues across Las Vegas and recommend the one that fits your group, budget and goals.
