Rooftop Buyouts in Las Vegas for Corporate Events
Private Rooftops, Terraces and Pool Decks for Receptions and Client Hosting
Rooftop buyouts in Las Vegas put the Strip skyline behind your welcome reception, client hosting or sponsor event. We find the rooftop, terrace or pool deck that fits your guest count, budget, hotel location and season, then negotiate the minimum on your side.
Our venue relationships get clients dates and rates that are not offered to the public. One point of contact manages the bar, food, sound, weather plan and guest access from contract to last call.

The Right Rooftop for Your Group, Season and Hotel Location
An outdoor venue works when guests are comfortable, the view is part of the night and there is a plan if the weather turns. We guide you to the rooftop that fits, and we will tell you when a popular option is the wrong call for your dates.
Season. Spring and fall evenings are ideal. Summer rooftops work after sunset with shade and cooling, and winter nights need heaters. We plan the start time around the temperature, not just the agenda.
Weather plan. Wind is a bigger risk than rain in Las Vegas. We confirm an indoor backup space in the contract and agree on when the call gets made, so a gusty night does not end your event.
Size. Private terraces host groups of 20 or more, and full rooftops and pool decks host several hundred. We match the space, or the right section of it, to your realistic attendance.
Privacy. Some terraces stay open to the public while you are there. We confirm whether your group has the rooftop to itself before you commit.

Rooftop Minimums and Contract Terms, Negotiated on Your Side
Rooftop venues on the Strip, such as nightclub and lounge terraces, price private events as a food and beverage minimum of $10,000 to $25,000 per hour, plus a 24% service charge, 8.375% tax and venue fees for security, AV, DJ and staffing. Because we work with major Las Vegas venues regularly, they know we can handle menus, music, staffing, production and on-site execution. That gives us room to negotiate minimums, venue fees, event hours and terms from a stronger position.
Strip venue or private villa. Rooftop venues on the Strip carry higher food and beverage minimums, but the venue fee is lower and the bar, kitchen and staff are already in place. A penthouse or villa terrace works the other way: the space itself runs $10,000 to $20,000 or more, and we arrange catering, bar staff, security, a DJ, rentals and movers depending on the scope of your event, which costs substantially less than a Strip minimum. We price both side by side so you can see which one costs less for your group.
Outdoor events add terms an indoor buyout does not have: the weather backup space, the deadline for moving inside, outdoor sound limits and what happens to your deposit if the rooftop closes for wind. We settle all of it before you sign, so you know the full commitment and the backup plan.
Convention Receptions, Client Events and Sponsor Nights
Rooftops are a strong fit for welcome receptions, client appreciation nights, sponsor hospitality and executive gatherings planned around major conventions and trade shows. We build the night around the show schedule and choose rooftops an easy trip from the convention and host hotels.
If your group outgrows a rooftop or the season works against you, the same planning applies to lounge buyouts, nightclub buyouts and restaurant buyouts, along with convention receptions timed to the show.
Want a Rooftop All to Yourselves? We Handle Every Detail.
Your Partner From First Call Through Load-Out
We handle the moving pieces so your team can focus on hosting: venue comparison, contract negotiation, weather backup plans, menus and beverages, branding and signage, music and entertainment, staffing, guest check-in, vendors and on-site management.
You get one point of contact throughout and an event built around your goals, not the venue’s default package.
When the rooftop is part of a larger program, the same point of contact runs every piece of it.
