Las Vegas Convention & Trade Show Calendar
The Major Shows by Month, and How to Plan Client Events Around Them
Las Vegas hosts a major trade show almost every week of the year. For exhibitors and sponsors, the show floor is only part of the trip. The client dinner, the private reception and the hospitality suite are where many of the best conversations happen.
This calendar lists the major Las Vegas shows by quarter, with the month each one usually runs, its recent venue and who attends. Use it to see which weeks will be busy, then plan your event around your show. Dates and venues change from year to year, and some shows rotate cities or only run every two or three years, so always confirm the current dates on the show’s official site.

How to Plan a Client Event Around a Las Vegas Show
The busiest show weeks fill the city’s best private venues months ahead. Planning around your show, rather than just inside it, makes a big difference.
Book Near Your Show’s Venue
Most shows use the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay or Caesars Forum. Guests are tired after a day on the floor, so the best evening venue is usually a short walk or ride from the show.
Show Coming Up Soon? We Can Still Make It Happen
Whether your show is next month or next year, contact us right away. Venues release held dates and cancellations happen close to most shows, and we will tell you exactly what is still available.
Planning Ahead? Book 6 to 9 Months Out
For the biggest shows, the best restaurants, lounges and suites are committed months before opening day, so starting early gives you the most choice.
Watch for Overlapping Shows
Some weeks host several shows at once, such as KBIS, IBS and TISE in February, or SEMA and AAPEX in November. Those weeks fill fastest.
