SHOT Show 2027 runs January 19 to 22 at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. It is a trade-only show run by NSSF, with more than 2,700 exhibits from firearm, ammunition, optics, hunting and outdoor brands, and buyers from retailers, ranges, distributors, law enforcement and the armed forces.
For exhibitors, some of the most important conversations happen after the floor closes: the dealer dinner, the buyer reception, the private room where a distributor commits to next season. We find the venue, negotiate the terms and run the night with one point of contact, and our relationships often get clients dates and rates that are not offered to the public.

Where SHOT Show Happens
SHOT Show is split between two buildings, and SHOT Week starts before the floor opens. Where your guests spend their day should decide where you host them at night.
Venetian Expo
Home to most of the show floor and, in recent years, the New Product Center. Restaurants and lounges inside The Venetian and The Palazzo, and across the street at Wynn and Encore, are the easiest walk for guests.
Caesars Forum
In recent years Caesars Forum has hosted the Archery Business + Hunting Retailer Pavilion. It sits behind Harrah’s and The LINQ, so Caesars Palace and LINQ Promenade venues are a short walk.
Industry Day at the Range
The invitation-only live-fire day for credentialed SHOT Show attendees is set for Monday, January 18, 2027, at the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club outside Boulder City. Many brands host a welcome dinner on the Strip that evening.
SHOT Show and World of Concrete Share the Same Week
In 2027, SHOT Show (January 19 to 22) and World of Concrete (exhibits January 19 to 21) run during the same week. Both are among the largest shows of the year in Las Vegas, so hotels, private dining rooms and lounges fill faster than in a normal January week. - Book earlier than usual. Private rooms near the Venetian Expo are often committed by fall.
- Lock in the terms, not just the date. Minimums, access time and cancellation terms are harder to change once the week fills.
- Plan the ride. Traffic between the Strip and the convention center is heavier with two major shows in town, so keep guests close to the Venetian Expo or Caesars Forum.

SHOT Show 2027 Planning Timeline
- Now through October: confirm guest count, budget and which nights matter most, then shortlist venues near the Venetian Expo or Caesars Forum.
- November: sign venue contracts and send invitations to buyers and dealers.
- December: finalize menus, guest lists, branding and transportation.
- SHOT Week: we manage setup, vendors and the event on site, from Industry Day at the Range night through the final show day.

Is SHOT Show open to the public?
No. SHOT Show is a trade-only event, and attendees must meet NSSF admission requirements. Your private events can include anyone you invite.
Which venues are closest to the Venetian Expo?
Restaurants and lounges inside The Venetian and The Palazzo are the closest, and Wynn and Encore are across the street. For guests at Caesars Forum, venues at Caesars Palace and the LINQ Promenade are a short walk.
Can we display products at a private dinner or reception?

How far ahead should we book for SHOT Week?
Most corporate groups book 6 to 9 months ahead, and SHOT Week fills early because World of Concrete runs the same week. If your event is sooner, we can still make it happen. Contact us right away.

Yes. Many groups host a welcome dinner on the Strip on Monday night after the range day.
