KBIS and IBS 2027 run February 2 to 4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center as Design & Construction Week, the largest annual gathering of the residential design and construction industry. The NKBA Kitchen & Bath Industry Show brings more than 600 brands, and the NAHB International Builders’ Show draws builders, remodelers, suppliers and manufacturers, with one registration covering both show floors.
Brands at KBIS and IBS use the evenings for dealer and distributor receptions, designer events, builder dinners and full lounge or nightclub buyouts. With two shows sharing one convention center, the private venues nearby are spoken for early. We secure the venue, negotiate the minimum and contract, and manage the event on site with one point of contact. Our relationships get clients dates and rates that are not offered to the public.

Both shows run inside the Las Vegas Convention Center, and one badge covers both exhibit floors. Guests often walk both shows in a day, so an evening venue close to the north end of the Strip keeps the night easy.
Two Shows, One Building
The NAHB and NKBA have agreed to keep KBIS and IBS together as Design & Construction Week through 2030, so the same buyers, designers and builders return each February.
Education and Show Floor
IBS runs more than 120 education sessions across nine tracks, and KBIS hosts the Voices from the Industry conference and the KBISNeXT stage. Evening events work best once the floor and sessions close.

Resorts World, Wynn and Encore, Fontainebleau and Westgate are the closest resorts to the convention center, and the Vegas Loop runs between the halls and several of them.

KBIS and IBS Receptions, Event Venues and Buyouts

- Brand nights (200 guests and up): a nightclub buyout with branding and a full production.
- Designer and specifier events (40 to 150 guests): a private room with space to show your new collection up close.
- Builder and key-account dinners (10 to 60 guests): a private dining room or restaurant buyout.
- Team nights: a relaxed buyout to thank your sales team and booth staff after the show.
KBIS and IBS Planning Timeline
- Six months or more out: confirm guest count, budget and which audience each event is for, then shortlist venues near the convention center.
- Three to four months out: sign venue contracts and send invitations to dealers, designers and builders.
- The final month: finalize menus, guest lists, product displays and transportation.
