World of Concrete 2027 runs January 19 to 21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with education sessions from January 18 to 21. It is one of the largest annual shows for the commercial concrete and masonry industry, and it shares the week with SHOT Show, so hotels and private venues across the city fill at the same time.
We plan welcome receptions, dealer events and lounge and nightclub buyouts for World of Concrete exhibitors. A Busy Week in Las Vegas

January in Las Vegas: What to Plan For
- Cold nights: January evenings in Las Vegas are often in the 40s Fahrenheit, so plan indoor venues or heated spaces instead of open rooftops.
- Early sunsets: it is dark by about 5 p.m., so evening events can start soon after the floor closes.
- Long show days: guests on outdoor lots all day appreciate a coat check, a short ride and food served early.
- Timeline: shortlist venues six months or more out, sign contracts three to four months out and finalize menus, guest lists and transportation in the final month.
